This is one of best holiday clubs, full of fun and there's always something exciting learn. My son has been going for the past 2 years, he simply loves attending every time!

What's on at The Outdoors Project - Holiday Clubs, Birthday Parties, After School Clubs, Saplings & Toddler Groups, School Workshops

I grew up in Worthing just down the road from Goring Gap and some of my happiest childhood memories are being on the beach with friends and having water fights in those little clumps of trees (where we now regularly run birthday parties!)

I spent years not knowing what I truly wanted to do for a living; I studied Literature and Philosophy at university and worked in sales and marketing in London and Brighton for years. Although I had some great times in those jobs in my 20s and early 30s I knew I hadn't found my calling, and it wasn't until I started doing some shifts for the Brighton Outdoors Project that I had my first true experience of job satisfaction! Deciding to take on the West Sussex franchise in the summer of 2016 was a big step but also a no-brainer.

I've always loved camping and hiking and I've had some great outdoors experiences in both the UK and around the world over the years (Canada being my absolute favourite!) but one of the things I love about what we do is that you can nurture a sense of adventure and appreciation for the outdoors in an environment as safe and familiar as a school playground. Watching the kid's confidence grow, seeing them build new friendships and planting the seeds of fun and passion for the outdoors never gets boring, we love what we do.
