BIRTHDAY PARTIES

At The Outdoors Project, we love to party! Our parties are packed with fun, silliness, games, adventure & fresh air, and ran by The Outdoors Project's super energetic & fun instructors. There's a range of exciting activities to choose from, from energetic outdoor activities & games, to chilled out nature-based crafts.
 

WHAT WE OFFER

- 1.5 hours of games & activities of your chosen theme
- A birthday moment (a birthday song with a mud cake & sparkler)
- An Outdoors Project T-Shirt & special patch for the birthday child
- Age Range: 5 - 11 years
 

CHOOSE YOUR ACTIVITY

Minecraft vs Wildcraft - Build & maintain your village/den, earn reward pixels & protect your land & villagers. Watch out for the Creeper! 
Nerf - Nerf action! Capture the Flag, Search & Destroy, & base defending style games. Great fun for Nerf enthusiasts!
Bushcraft - Toast tasty marshmallows, & either build a survival shelter OR master your fire lighting skills!
Harry Potter - Design & craft an enchanted wand by whittling wood & adding a core from the forest floor (or something from our magical collection). Then cast some spells in our magical games!
Mini Blobsters & Micro Shelter Building - Create mini beasts from clay & micro settlements for them to live in, plus lots of fun mini beast games to play! Favourites include: ant hospital & spiderman tag. (Recommended for our younger friends (5 years old)).

PARTY LOCATIONS 

We run parties in private and public green spaces.  If you have a particular location in mind or a private garden, please get in touch with details to discuss suitablity.

Cost: 

• £250 up to 15 children
• £325 up to 30 children

For joint birthday parties there is an additional £15 fee.
 

LOGISTICS FOR THE DAY

WHO: Our party fun is for children aged 5-11.  Younger and older siblings are welcome to attend if supervised by the party organiser. 

WHAT WILL THE KIDS BE DOING? Lots of silliness, fresh air, games & adventure! And your chosen activity for the day

THE BIRTHDAY MOMENT: We'll have a 'birthday moment’ where we’ll have a mud cake with candles/sparkler, sing happy birthday & present the birthday child with their goodie bag containing a club member T-shirt & their choice of one of our unique collectable patches

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING: Please make sure your guests are aware that this is an outdoors party & they wear suitable clothing & footwear for the outdoors. Hats, coats, gloves, waterproof trousers for colder months; suncream & sunhats for summer months. (Please don't bring alcohol or smoke on site as we're on school grounds). 

CAN I BRING A CAKE/GOODY BAG/FOOD TO GIVE OUT? The party organiser is welcome to distribute any goody bags, cut a cake, and/or have snacks if they wish at the end of the party. Please let the instructors know on arrival if so, so we can allow time at the end of the party. Please make sure you're finished & have left the location by no longer than 10 minutes after your party slot ends. Also, please be mindful of any allergies in your group if you decide to bring food.
