We run Birthday parties all year round Cirencester and Cheltenham.  We run our parties in green spaces and have our favourite locations to recommend but we are happy to discuss private gardens or other options in the surrounding areas.

£50 deposit is required at time of booking

PARTY ACTIVITY THEMES:

Minecraft vs Wildcraft - Build & maintain your village/den, earn reward pixels & protect your land & villagers. Watch out for the Creeper! 
 

Nerf - Nerf action! Capture the Flag, Search & Destroy, & base defending style games. Great fun for Nerf enthusiasts!
 

Bushcraft - Toast tasty marshmallows, & either build a survival shelter OR master your fire lighting skills!
 

Harry Potter - Design & craft an enchanted wand by whittling wood & adding a core from the forest floor (or something from our magical collection). Then cast some spells in our magical games!

‘Among Us’ Spy Camp - Based on the popular video game, for those wannabe spies & spaceship survivors. Hone your skills in deception, mystery, & intrigue… Join us for an outdoor adaptation of Among Us, as you work out who the imposter is & create your very own character to take home.
 

Super Mario - The kids will build their very own Yoshi Egg to take home & play Bowser's Fury, as we take a positive, outdoor spin on technology use. (We'll be handling flour (wheat) in this activity. Please check whether any of the guests have a contact allergy to wheat so we can provide the free-from flour).
 

Robin Hood- Whittle your own bow and fire an arrow at our targets, play the gaulet dodgeball with wooden shields and have a go at winning a coconut on our coconut shy.

Enchanted Forest - Create your own mini magical forest creature from clay, a magic fairy door to open the portal to the magical forest and play lots of fun woodland games with our special guest Starlight the naughty unicorn.
 

WILL YOU REALLY BE OUTDOORS ALL THE TIME? DEFINITELY!  - WHAT TO WEAR/BRING

Please make sure you have suitable clothing and footwear for the time outside.  Hats, coats, gloves, waterproof trousers for colder months and sun cream & sunhats for summer months.

Suitable Footwear – Depending on the season, we will be active and getting muddy!! Wellies or waterproof boots are advisable for Autumn & Winter and trainers for Spring & Summer (no flipflops). 

A water bottle can be useful.

WHO ARE THE INSTRUCTORS? 

The Outdoors Project instructors are fully trained, and all have DBS checks, First Aid training and lots of experience with children in the outdoors! They’re energetic, enthusiastic, caring and engaging with a focus on keeping the kids entertained, with the main focus on FUN!

LOGISTICS FOR THE DAY

WHO: Our party fun is for children aged 5-11. The party organiser is welcome to stay on site. Younger siblings are welcome to attend if supervised by the party organiser. Older siblings are very welcome too!
 

WHAT WILL THE KIDS BE DOING? Lots of silliness, fresh air, games & adventure! And your chosen activity for the day
 

THE BIRTHDAY MOMENT: We'll have a 'birthday moment’ where we’ll have a mud cake with candles/sparkler, sing happy birthday & present the birthday child with their goodie bag containing a club member T-shirt & their choice of one of our unique collectable patches
 

WHERE: Saturdays at Kemble Primary School The entrance we'll use is the gate directly onto the school playing field which is at the bottom of the staff car park. This is on the left hand side of the school if you were stood facing it. Sundays at Cirencester Rugby Football Club this venue is near the centre of town but has ample free parking right next to the clubhouse then the paying field is just a few footsteps away.
 

WHAT ARE THE FACILITIES: In Kemble school we have a lovely forest school style area to use, with fire pits, benches, shelters, trees, plenty of space for games & the feeling of adventure! At Cirencester Rugby Club we have a vast open space ideal for nerf battles, we also have a designated fire pit area, a secure shelter with picnic benches and adjacent woods with ample tree coverage. At both venues there are toilets available with hand washing facilities. We also have a waterproof storage box available to store any presents brought by guests

START & END TIME / DROP OFF & COLLECTION: The gates will open 10 minutes before your party start time. The gates are closed during the party and will open again for parents to collect at your party end time. There is parking on the street or in the car park which can be used for drop off/pick up.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING: Please make sure your guests are aware that this is an outdoors party & they wear suitable clothing & footwear for the outdoors. Hats, coats, gloves, waterproof trousers for colder months; suncream & sunhats for summer months. (Please don't bring alcohol or smoke on site as we're on school grounds).

CAN I BRING A CAKE/GOODY BAG/FOOD TO GIVE OUT? The party organiser is welcome to distribute any goody bags, cut a cake, and/or have snacks if they wish at the end of the party. Please let the instructors know on arrival if so, so we can allow time at the end of the party. Please make sure you're finished & have left the location by no longer than 10 minutes after your party slot ends. Also, please be mindful of any allergies in your group if you decide to bring food.
