We run Birthday parties all year round Aylesbury, Thame and surrounding areas.  We run our parties in green spaces and have our favourite locations to recommend but we are happy to discuss private gardens or other options in the surrounding areas.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• 1.5 hours of games & activities of your chosen theme 
• An Outdoors Project T Shirt & special club patch for the birthday child

• Age Range: 5 - 11 years 
   

HOW MUCH IS IT? 

£200 for up to 15 children

£250 for up to 22 children

£300 for up to 30 children

£50 deposit is required at time of booking

Final balance due one week before the event

PARTY ACTIVITY THEMES:

HARRY POTTER WAND CRAFTING  – whittle your very own enchanted wand or make colour-changing potions, play quidditch and play magical games!

WILDCRAFT VS MINECRAFT  – Collect your elements, build and maintain your village, earn reward pixels and protect your land and villagers. Watch out for the Creeper! 

NERF – NERF Action! Capture the flag, Search & Destroy & Base defending style games. Great fun for Nerf enthusiasts! We also do Star Wars and Cowboy themed Nerf parties. 

MINI BLOBSTERS & MINI SHELTER BUID  (Recommended for ages 5-6). For our smaller friends we love working with the children to make mini clay beasts and mini settlements for them to live in. The creations can be taken home of course, and we have lots fun mini-beast games to play: Ant Hospital and Spiderman Tag are some of our favourites.  

BUSHCRAFT - Toast tasty marshmallows & either build a survival shelter OR Master your fire lighting skills! (We’ll tailor this based on age group / requests) 

AMONG US - Based on the popular video game this is a game of cunning and being sneaky! Try and fix your ship by completing tasks, but whatch out becuase there are imposters amongst you!

NINJA SCHOOL - For those that love the idea of being a ninja, we complete various missions to practise being cunning, illusive, and work in a team. 
 

WILL YOU REALLY BE OUTDOORS ALL THE TIME? DEFINITELY!  - WHAT TO WEAR/BRING

Please make sure you have suitable clothing and footwear for the time outside.  Hats, coats, gloves, waterproof trousers for colder months and sun cream & sunhats for summer months.

Suitable Footwear – Depending on the season, we will be active and getting muddy!! Wellies or waterproof boots are advisable for Autumn & Winter and trainers for Spring & Summer (no flipflops). 

A water bottle can be useful.

WHO ARE THE INSTRUCTORS? 

The Outdoors Project instructors are fully trained, and all have DBS checks, First Aid training and lots of experience with children in the outdoors! They’re energetic, enthusiastic, caring and engaging with a focus on keeping the kids entertained, with the main focus on FUN!
