Growing up in a small village nestled at the foot of the Pennines, nature was my playground. My formative years were spent exploring hills, climbing trees, and navigating rivers. It's amidst these outdoor adventures that I discovered my true happiness and felt most alive.

After qualifying as a science teacher in 2016, I dedicated the past seven years to educating the youth of Manchester and later, New Zealand, where I resided for the past year. My time in New Zealand was transformative, as I had the privilege to merge my teaching profession with my passion for the great outdoors. Witnessing the profound impact it had on my students, I realised that this was where I truly excelled and found fulfilment.

Moving forward, it became clear to me that my calling lay in providing young people with immersive experiences in nature. The ODP presents the ideal platform to fulfil this.

Through my classes, I aim to offer children the opportunity to forge connections with the natural world while disconnecting from the distractions of modern life. Together, we'll create lasting friendships, share joyous moments, and embark on unforgettable outdoor adventures. Let's get outdoors!

Adventure on!
